Refunds
We operate a strict no refunds, returns, or exchange policy. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection made by the customer
• Colour not matching expectations
• Sizing or fit issues

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are strictly prohibited. All sales are final.

Faulty and incorrect items
All items undergo quality checks before dispatch. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
