Shipping policy

SILKCENTRAL provides custom wig units which require more time than usual. For this reason, we highly appreciate your patience in the processing of your order. Please allow 7-9 working days for your order to be processed - this is excluding delivery time.

Please note delivery times are an estimate and may vary based on location.

We ship our packages using Royal Mail. Any compensation should be paid by Royal Mail and should be agreed between yourself and Royal Mail. SILKCENTRAL do not bear any responsibility of your package once it has been handed to the courier.

International orders:

Please note, international orders may posses a duty fee. Please bear this in mind before placing your order. SILKCENTRAL is not responsible for any duty fees.  Duty fees must be paid by the customer otherwise the courier will return the package back to the UK. In the event an order is returned to the UK due to unpaid duty fees, the buyer must pay shipping fees again - the order will not be refunded. (See Section 5 of Terms & Conditions for more information)
